asking me for a review of a watch i never got seems crazy please check the records to c if it ever was sent
The picture made it seem perfect. The watch, the chains and the bracelets doesn't seem to match (color/shade). The necklaces and the bracelets are scratched up and the earrings were literally different. The earrings were silver and seems like it was just thrown in the box at last minute. The watch looks good though. Oh the ring was loose and rolling around in the box. On a different note, customer service rep. seems to be easily confused, though she was able to help me after multiple explanations of the situation both when i needed to change the sizing and when my order was returned, it made me a little frustrated. I was able to keep my composer by assuming English wasn't her 1st language. Luckily my bf is as sweet as pie and just accepted the gift; flaws n all.
